2026 Pumpkin Festival Cancelled

Due to an unfavourable weather forecast for the weekend, it is with great disappointment that we advise the 2026 Pumpkin Festival has been cancelled. Following official advice, and in the interest of ensuring the safety of our participants, volunteers and visitors, the committee has made the difficult decision to cancel the event.

However, the Heaviest Pumpkin Weigh-In will still proceed on a smaller scale (See Competition) - please check back in for the results

Pumpkin Presentation and Pumpkin Soup Evening will be held on 16 May at the hall. Further details will be made available on the website soon

A vibrant market day put together by volunteers from the local community. Indulge in delicious scones, savoury soups, and witness the excitement of our competitions with prizes for the 'Biggest Pumpkin', best pumpkin soup & pie, best dressed pumpkin, best pumpkin photo and a colouring in competition for the kids. With stalls offering a variety of wares, live entertainment, bouncy castle and a Tug O War, it's a festive event the whole family will love. Mark your calendars for 2027 and come celebrate all things Pumpkin.
